"Rick and his team are fabulous to work with! I had the pleasure of having him represent me long distance. He was easy to communicate with and gave detailed information about every step of my case. The firm responded to each of my phone calls, and emails in a very timely manner and answered all my questions with care and concern for me. He and his team care about your individual case and have your best interests in mind. Thank you for such a blessed experience!!!"

Caleb Christian, Attorney

Caleb Christian joined Voytas Law in early 2023 to pursue a practice focused on impact litigation. Caleb is originally from Mobile, Alabama, but has called St. Louis home since 2021. An argumentative kid, Caleb always knew he wanted to be an attorney—so much so that his first job in high school was at a landlord-tenant firm in Mobile. Pursuing his goal of advocacy, Caleb went to both college and law school at The University of Alabama.

During law school, Caleb spent two years working at The University of
Alabama Civil Law Clinic provides free legal assistance to members of the Tuscaloosa community who need help asserting their rights. During his time at the clinic, and later as a Clinical Fellow, Caleb was able to provide positive results for dozens of clients against landlords and bill collectors alike. Through his work for the community and corresponding studies, Caleb was granted a Certificate in Public Interest Law.
After graduating from law school, Caleb provided legal consulting to an organization providing education support in rural India through the
American India Foundation’s Clinton Fellowship for Service. During his time in India, Caleb worked with AIF’s Learning and Migration Program (LAMP), which provides housing and supplemental education for the children of migrant workers, and created child safeguarding policies for implementation at schools and youth hostels.

After consulting, Caleb then practiced mortgage foreclosure and receivables law in Illinois and Missouri. Feeling the calling to return to the classroom, but this time as a teacher, Caleb accepted an offer to be a C.V. Starr Lecturer in Law at Peking University School of Transnational Law, in Shenzhen, China, teaching legal writing in China’s only American J.D. program. Having taught for two years, Caleb wanted to put his refined legal writing and research skills to use in practice again. Caleb moved to St. Louis to join the business litigation team of an institutional downtown St. Louis firm, working primarily on receivables litigation. Caleb was able to oversee nationwide litigation for major corporations and realize lucrative results for his clients.

Desiring a new challenge, and wanting to grow his skills as a courtroom litigator, Caleb joined Voytas Law in March 2023. Caleb’s work experiences allows him to bring a unique perspective to his representation of consumers as they face housing, workplace, and general legal issues. Outside of the office, Caleb is an avid reader and is usually within three feet of a mug of black coffee. He enjoys hiking, learning languages, and traveling as much as his schedule allows. Caleb is admitted to practice law in Missouri, Illinois, and Alabama.
